No hot water, dirty rooms, rude staff and lies is what you will find at this hotel. It should be 0 stars. For two days they had no hot water so bo showers. Manager claimed that it was because the city shut off the gas. Earlier in the evening, different staff member told me the had no hot water because of the flood. Room says non smoking but it smelled like smoke and there was an ashtray on the table. When I spoke with the staff she said “you should have taken a shower in the morning when we still had hot water”. She refused to offer any kind of refund and Expedia could not do anything about it. Will be filing credit card report. Stay away from this hotel. There is a holiday inn right across the street. Stay there instead.

I had 5 nights here. At check-in, they made me cancel my booking, as they said, "to make sure you don't write a negative review about us on Booking.com"... Turned out that I had to pay 100 EUR more, and after I agreed to pay, the administrator said that he refuses to give me the room unless I cancel my booking. They were rude, and in fact, blackmailed me threatening to kick me out on the street with my family, so I had to cancel my booking. They are clearly frauds! Don't spoil your vacation!

The hotel is very well located. Just beside Gare de l'Est and just around the corner for Gare de Nord. So great access to the airport and the purple live 4 metro. The hotel is basic but clean and the rooms are fine. Has a hotel safe and a nice bathroom. But all the TV channels are in French and no tea/coffee making facilities. The street outside can be noisy but I was on level 4 and it was fine when the window was closed. The receptionist was always pleasant and said 'hello' every morning. No complaints and give the value for money and location, I would stay here again.

It was the second time around Warmest welcome The place looks like it shows on the ad. Centrally located The metro entrance is like... Literally, almost downstairs from the hotel What else could you ask for? Yes, let me be a little picky. I would expect, coffee capsules for the Nespresso machine and yes, a few additional kitchen utensils in the studio apartments. Of course, that doesn't mean I will not come back. ;)

I stayed at the Little Regina about 24 years ago and thought it was adorable. It has the cutest little elevator. Then we went to Paris in Sept 2019 and stayed there again. The front desk is friendly and helpful. It's practically across the street from the Gare Du Est, and not far from Gare Du Nord, I may have that backwards so forgive me if I do. We arrived on the Eurorail at Gare Du Nord and it was only about a 10 minute walk. The rooms are big enough and quiet. They were very clean. The only complaint we had was the internet. It was pretty weak and you had to go to the front desk area to use it. They need booster or something in the rooms. We actually used the internet service from the Ibis Hotel which was a little distance away but worked.
